Karen is the proud parent of three young adults with her partner, John. Her lifelong commitment to public service is rooted in a simple belief: every community member deserves safety, stability, and a fair shot at success.
Now in her second year representing Ohio’s 28th House District, Karen has brought a fresh, compassionate, and collaborative voice to the Statehouse. During her first year in office, she introduced legislation designed to build a healthier, more stable Ohio—focusing on commonsense health and safety measures, affordability, and ethical standards. Her work reflects her core values of Collaboration, Transparency, and Representative Democracy.
